Questions
Real answers to the questions we get most often.
Pricing depends on scope — a single track has very different needs than a full EP or artist development engagement. Pick a package above and request a quote, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a project-specific price. À la carte services (mixing only, design only, etc.) are quoted the same way.
A single track from start to delivery: roughly 2–4 weeks. An EP: 6–10 weeks. Full artist development engagements run 3–6 months. Timelines depend on revision rounds, your availability for recording sessions, and any custom video or design work involved. We confirm exact timelines in the project agreement before any deposit is paid.
Yes. You retain full ownership of your masters and publishing rights for original work we produce with you. For beats purchased from our catalog, every tier is laid out on our Licensing page — MP3 / WAV / Trackout / Unlimited / Exclusive — with the full usage rights and limits.
Our studio is in the San Francisco Bay Area. In-person recording is preferred for vocals and production, but we work remotely with artists across the country — sending files for mixing, mastering, mentoring, design, and distribution. Book a discovery call to discuss logistics for your situation.
Stripe (all major credit and debit cards) and PayPal. For project-based services, we typically require a deposit (50% upfront) with the balance due on delivery. Smaller services like single beat licenses are paid in full at checkout.
Digital downloads, beats, instrumentals, and licenses are final sale and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or a download link has been issued, the purchase is complete — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom services follow the refund terms specified in your project agreement: the deposit is non-refundable, but unused portions of unstarted work may be refundable case-by-case. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Independent artists at every stage — from brand-new artists releasing their first single to established acts building out their next project. We have particular experience in rap, hip-hop, and R&B given our Bay Area roots, but we work across genres.
No. Anyone in this industry who promises you specific numerical outcomes is lying. What we promise is professional-grade production, distribution, marketing, and strategy — the same standards major labels use. Results depend on the music, the artist's effort, and the market.
Three options: book a free 15-minute discovery call, use the contact form, or email us directly at donedealdigital@gmail.com. Tell us where you're at and what you're trying to accomplish — we'll respond within 24 hours.

Why Done Deal Digital
"Done Deal Digital helps independent artists turn raw talent into release-ready content through professional visuals, recording, branding, and digital rollout strategies."
Feady Crocka has been in the studio, behind the boards, and in the booth since 1994. Not theory — real production experience across 30+ years of Bay Area music.
Born and raised in San Francisco. Wired into the culture that shaped Bay Area hip-hop. We know this music from the inside — not from the outside looking in.
From the beat to the visual to the rollout — Done Deal Digital handles every step. No handoffs to strangers. One team, one vision, one standard of quality.
Management, strategy, and career guidance from someone who has actually navigated the industry. We've been through it — and we bring that knowledge to every artist we work with.
The same discipline and professionalism applied to every project — engineering, management, branding, and business. Done Deal Digital operates at a professional level in everything it touches.
Recording a song is step one. Getting it heard is the game. Done Deal Digital builds the full rollout — distribution, marketing, visuals, and promotion — so your music actually reaches people.
A Small, Passionate, and Powerful Team
Done Deal Digital is an independent music, media, and business company founded by Feady Crocka in San Francisco. The label is the current iteration of imprints Feady has operated since 1995 — beginning with G-Note Records, alongside Paragon Entertainment and Proplylaced Music, all of which ran out of BARS Studio (Bay Area Recording Studio) in the Fillmore district.
Feady's 1995 debut album Down 4 Tha Cause, released under the name The Fast 1, came out on G-Note Records as a joint release with Airwaves. He executive-produced Tha Dangla's debut LP Straight Max'n on G-Note Records the following year. Both albums were recorded at BARS Studio with cover artwork by phunky phat graph-x — the same artist behind covers for Master P, E-40, Rappin' 4-Tay, C-BO, and JT The Bigga Figga.
Feady was later featured on "Bay 2 LA" alongside Snoop Dogg and Subliminal Criminal. Other Bay Area collaborators include San Quinn, Messy Marv, and Mr. Freejack. Done Deal Digital operates today out of San Francisco, with extended studio reach in Honolulu through label DJ DJ Idea (Idea Films LLC / Idea Studio).
The Extended Crew
Done Deal Digital isn't just artists — it's the people who help make the imprint run. Real friends, real history, real reach.
Honolulu, Hawaii · Done Deal Digital DJ
Done Deal Digital's official DJ and a producer. Feady first met DJ Idea around 2015 through San Quinn, whom Feady was managing at the time. DJ Idea had come up following JT The Bigga Figga's catalog, and "Game Tight" (Feady's 1995 production for Master P's I'm Bout It soundtrack, credited as The Fast One feat. JT The Bigga Figga) is one of his favorite songs.
DJ Idea runs Idea Films LLC and Idea Studio in Honolulu, Hawaii, and operates the Sound Selection Kits producer-tools shop, which carries the Proplylaced Class of 95 Drum Kit by Feady Crocka.
What People Say
The Roster
The talent behind the imprint. Bay Area bred, built for the world.
Feady Crocka is a San Francisco recording artist, producer, and the founder of Done Deal Digital. Also known as The Fast 1, Fast Feady, and Fast, he's from the Fillmore district, which has been home to Hugh-E MC, JT The Bigga Figga, San Quinn, Messy Marv, Rappin' 4-Tay, and Andre Nickatina.
His 1995 debut album Down 4 Tha Cause came out on his own G-Note Records as a joint release with Airwaves, recorded at BARS Studio. He executive-produced Tha Dangla's 1996 debut Straight Max'n on G-Note Records — also recorded at BARS Studio. Both albums feature cover artwork by phunky phat graph-x. Tha Dangla is Feady's younger brother.
In 1997, Feady produced Game Tight on Master P's 2× Platinum I'm Bout It soundtrack, credited as The Fast One alongside JT The Bigga Figga. He was later featured on Bay 2 LA with Snoop Dogg and Subliminal Criminal, who had also appeared on Feady's 1995 debut.
Feady started managing San Quinn in 2015. During that period he secured San Quinn's outstanding royalties and negotiated the recovery of San Quinn's From a Boy to a Man album from a defunct distributor — both masters and royalties returned to San Quinn and his production team. The My Brother video featured on this site is from the recovered album. Feady also encouraged the San Quinn × Messy Marv reunion that produced Explosive Mode, and recorded the 2018 sessions that became Done Deal catalog tracks Coca Leaf and Fillmoe Controversy.
Feady currently manages Tha Dangla, Idaho J'Doe, N'Tay, and Cazzo through Done Deal Digital.
Bay Area rap artist, Feady Crocka's younger brother, currently managed by Feady Crocka, and a foundational figure across Feady's full label-ownership arc — from G-Note Records, Paragon Entertainment, and Proplylaced Music (all operating out of BARS Studio in the 1990s) through to Done Deal Digital today. Tha Dangla stepped onto the scene in 1996 with his debut LP "Straight Max'n" on G-Note Records — Executive Produced by Feady Crocka, recorded at BARS Studio, and featuring cover artwork by the legendary phunky phat graph-x, the same artist behind album covers for Master P, E-40, Rappin' 4-Tay, C-BO, and JT The Bigga Figga. The connection between Tha Dangla and Feady is family-deep, making him a cornerstone of every Bay Area imprint Feady has built and a key part of Bay Area hip-hop history.
Idaho J'Doe brings a sharp pen and a perspective that's impossible to fake. His video Dope Fiend Karma announced him to the world with unflinching honesty — the kind of street-level storytelling that hits different because it comes from somewhere real. J'Doe brings a cinematic edge to his music, painting vivid pictures over hard-hitting production. He was introduced to Feady Crocka through Tha Dangla (Feady's brother), and is currently managed by Feady Crocka — who has also produced, recorded, and holds the master sessions of Idaho J'Doe's catalog, releasing through Done Deal Digital as Executive Producer. He's one of the voices Feady has invested in as part of the imprint's next generation, and every drop he makes proves the investment is paying off.
Santa Cruz, CA native and Done Deal Digital recording artist. After dropping his debut EP "SERVIN'" in 2020, SpenDoe hit the ground running with his 2021 follow-up "Foreign To Me" — produced by C-DUUB on Done Deal Digital. On the road, in the studio, at the print shop — SpenDoe stays building. A sophisticated, passionate artist with a desire to experience what's foreign to him. Versatile across genres with a wide range of collaborations and content on the way. Most of SpenDoe's recent singles come through Done Deal Digital as label services — he brings the recordings, Feady Crocka mixes and masters, and Done Deal handles distribution under the imprint stamp. Done Deal also holds original session recordings of SpenDoe in the vault — material recorded directly with Feady and never released, slated for upcoming drops. Ongoing partnership, more to come.
Dominucci (formerly known as J'Dom) is a Done Deal Digital contracted artist who moves freely between hip-hop, pop, R&B, and country — a true multi-genre artist with the songwriting chops and vocal range to back it up. He's also a multi-instrumentalist — he plays acoustic guitar live on his own records. He was introduced to Feady Crocka in 2006 by Mr. Freejack; they began working together in the studio a few years later, and the partnership has carried on ever since. Earlier releases credited to J'Dom — including One Night (feat. E-40) and 4 Letter Word — remain credited as J'Dom; all new music going forward is under the Dominucci name.
Cazzo is a Bay Area-connected voice adding another dimension to the Done Deal Digital sound. With an edge and authenticity that comes through on every record, Cazzo brings the kind of dedication Feady Crocka looks for. Cazzo is currently managed by Feady Crocka, who has also produced and holds session material with him for the Done Deal Digital catalog, releasing as Executive Producer. His music reflects the grind, the culture, and the relentless pursuit of the next level. More music is on the way — and the foundation is already solid.
Richmond, CA native Adry'Anna Couture brings style, substance, and a bold presence to everything she does — a female voice in a game that doesn't always make room for women, holding her own with a confidence that's earned, not borrowed. Her music blends West Coast sensibility with a sound that's entirely her own — sharp, personal, and impossible to ignore. Feady Crocka has produced, recorded, and holds the master sessions of Adry'Anna's catalog, releasing through Done Deal Digital as Executive Producer — and orchestrated her Huh Whaaat music video (see the Music Videos section). A key part of Feady's vision for an imprint that represents the full spectrum of Bay Area talent.
Messy Marv is one of San Francisco's most prolific and recognized rap voices — a street poet from the heart of the Bay whose catalog spans decades and whose influence runs deep in West Coast hip-hop culture. With hundreds of mixtapes, solo projects, and collaborations to his name, Messy Marv has built a reputation for raw, unfiltered lyricism that connects directly with the streets he comes from. His relationship with Feady Crocka and Done Deal Digital is rooted in shared history, mutual respect, and a bond forged in the culture that built them both. When Messy Marv steps in, the temperature in the room changes.
Lil E is a Done Deal Digital recording artist who brings raw energy and Bay Area authenticity to every record he makes. His music is rooted in the West Coast tradition — hard production, real stories, and a delivery that doesn't let up. Part of the Done Deal Digital family, Lil E is on a mission to build a catalog that speaks to the streets, the culture, and everyone who's been counted out and kept going anyway. A rising voice in the imprint with more heat on the way.
San Francisco rap legend and one of the Bay Area's most respected and prolific voices. Born and raised in the Fillmore District of San Francisco, San Quinn has been a cornerstone of Bay Area hip-hop for decades — releasing a catalog that spans mixtapes, albums, and collaborations with some of the West Coast's most respected artists. Known for his raw lyricism, street credibility, and undeniable connection to the culture, San Quinn has remained consistent and relevant through every era of the game. His relationship with Feady Crocka and Done Deal Digital is built on mutual respect and a shared dedication to authentic Bay Area music.
Berkeley, CA artist N'Tay has a style that's as versatile as it is focused. With recordings and footage already in the Done Deal Digital vault, N'Tay has been putting in the work behind the scenes — building the kind of foundation that supports a long career, not just a moment. N'Tay is currently managed by Feady Crocka, who has also produced, recorded, and holds the master sessions of his catalog — releasing through Done Deal Digital as Executive Producer. His sound is Bay Area at its core, and his dedication to the craft is evident in everything he creates.
Mr. Freejack is a Richmond, CA recording artist and one of Feady Crocka's key collaborators within the Done Deal Digital imprint. A presence in the Bay Area hip-hop community with years of experience in the game, Mr. Freejack brings a veteran perspective and a consistent work ethic to every project he's part of. Feady has produced and holds master sessions with Mr. Freejack, releasing through Done Deal Digital as Executive Producer. His relationship with Done Deal is built on a long-standing connection to the same culture, streets, and sounds that shaped the imprint from the beginning — including introducing Feady to Dominucci (then J'Dom) in 2006. A trusted voice in the roster and a fixture in the Bay Area scene.

Director · Feady Crocka
Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Feady Crocka is one of the Bay Area's most dedicated music entrepreneurs. He first emerged in 1995 under the name "The Fast 1" with the debut album Down 4 the Cause — a record that earned its reputation as a rare Bay Area gem, with standout cuts like "Wake Up," "Freak Da Fonk," and "Landed On a Mill Ticket."
In 1996 he stepped into the executive producer chair for Tha Dangla's debut LP Straight Max'n, cementing his eye for talent early. His reach extended to Master P's 2× Platinum I'm Bout It soundtrack (1997), where he appeared as The Fast One alongside JT The Bigga Figga.
His profile grew further with Bay 2 LA — a collaboration with Snoop Dogg that bridged both coasts. Beyond his own catalog, Feady's collaborator credits stretch across the Bay Area legacy: E-40, San Quinn, The Jacka, Messy Marv, and many more.
As Founder of Done Deal Digital LLC, Feady Crocka has spent three decades building an independent imprint dedicated to authentic Bay Area music — and now turns that experience into full-service video production for the Done Deal Digital roster: Spendoe, N'Tay, Adry'Anna Couture, Dominucci, Mr. Freejack, and the next generation behind them.

Green Screen Expertise
Whether you're in studio or on-location, Done Deal Digital can shoot and edit green screen for your project. Feady Crocka has years of experience producing green screen shoots — from music videos to commercial spots.
Green screen production can be tricky, and you don't want to leave the task to an inexperienced production team. If not lit correctly, the post-production process will be extremely expensive, time-consuming, and sometimes impossible to fix.
We have experience shooting green screen on a wide range of cameras. Our price includes all the production tools needed for green screen capture — no matter the location.
Since this is affordable, we usually shoot a complete video within a day. Editing is where the real creative work begins — and that's where we don't cut corners. Generally we have a video edited and finished within a 3 to 5 week window.
We guarantee that you'll see every dollar you spend with us up on the screen. We truly love creating high-quality music videos at a fair price — no padding, no fluff, no nickel-and-diming.
