Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made from Done Deal Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") through donedealdigital.com. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and our purchases and refunds are handled within the United States.

1. Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital products are final. This includes our playbooks, guides, ebooks, beats, instrumentals, licenses, and any other instant-delivery digital goods.

Once a file has been delivered or a download link has been issued, the purchase is complete — there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law. You acknowledge this at checkout before completing a digital purchase.

If there's a technical issue with your download (for example, a corrupted file or the wrong tier delivered), contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it — we'll re-issue your download or send a working file at no extra charge.

2. Service Deposits

For project-based services — such as music production, recording, mixing, mastering, video work, photography, graphic design, web development, distribution, marketing, and done-for-you services — we typically require a deposit (commonly 50% upfront) to reserve your spot and begin work, with the balance due on delivery.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. The deposit reserves our time and is applied to your final project total.
  • Cancellations before work starts. If you cancel a service deposit before we've started work, contact us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • After work has started. Partial refunds depend on how far the work has progressed. Unused portions of unstarted work may be refundable on a case-by-case basis. Specific cancellation and refund terms beyond the deposit are set out in your project agreement.
  • Done-for-you services. We refund if we can't deliver a compliant result for reasons within our control. We can't refund decisions outside our control — for example, a prison-distribution facility rejecting a release. We can't guarantee a facility's acceptance decision (that's their call), but we will absolutely make it right on our side.

3. How to Contact Us About a Billing Issue

If you were charged but didn't receive your order, believe you were billed in error, or want to request a refund for an eligible service deposit, reach out and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Please include the email address you used at checkout, your receipt number, and the approximate time of purchase so we can locate your order quickly.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we'll work with you to resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action.
