How do I get a refund?
Digital downloads (guides, ebooks, instant deliverables): all sales are final once the download is delivered. This is standard for digital products and is disclosed at checkout.
Done-for-you services: refunds are available if we can't deliver a compliant result for reasons within our control. We can't refund decisions outside our control (e.g., a facility rejecting a release).
Deposits on services that haven't started yet: contact us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After we've started work, partial refunds depend on how far the work has gone.

I was charged but didn't receive my order. What do I do?
Check your email (including the spam/promotions folder) for the receipt + download link. Receipts come from donedealdigital@gmail.com or our Stripe/PayPal accounts.
If you still can't find it, email us with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate purchase time — we'll resend within 24 hours.
My payment failed. What now?
Most failed payments are one of three things: address mismatch with what your bank has on file, expired card, or your bank flagging the charge as unusual.
Try again with a different card or payment method — we accept Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Stripe Link.
If it still fails, call (510) 355-3285 and we'll process it manually.
How do I book a recording session, mixing, or design service?
Either visit the service page on donedealdigital.com/services, fill out the contact form, or call (510) 355-3285.
We reply within 24 hours to confirm scheduling and pricing. Most service work requires a 50% deposit to start, with the remainder due on completion.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, Cash App Pay (US), PayPal, and Venmo (US).
All accepted globally via Stripe and PayPal — international buyers can use any major card, with their bank handling the currency conversion.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We don't store card details ourselves — payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest tier).
Your card info goes directly from your browser to the payment processor, encrypted end-to-end. Done Deal Digital never sees or stores it.
How do I update my account information?
Email donedealdigital@gmail.com from the address on file with the changes you need.
For password resets, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. For other account questions, call (510) 355-3285.

Done Deal Digital LLC is a San Francisco-based independent music label and creative services company.

In-person services (recording studio, on-site tech support) operate throughout the Bay Area.
How quickly will I get a response?
Email: within 24 hours, often faster during business hours (9am-6pm PT, Monday-Friday).
Phone: usually answered immediately during business hours.
After hours/weekends: leave a message and we return calls within 24 hours.
Chat widget on this site: 24/7 AI assistant for instant answers; escalates to the team if needed.
Do you offer service guarantees?
Graphic design: we revise until you approve before final delivery.
Mixing/mastering: two rounds of revisions included.
Prison-distribution done-for-you services: we refund if we can't submit a compliant release for reasons within our control. We can't guarantee a facility's acceptance decision (that's their call), but we will absolutely make it right on our side.
