Before You Order
1. Will this work with my green screen?
Yes — that is one of the main things these are built for. Tell us you are keying it and we design with that in mind: no fine detail right where your head sits, enough contrast that you separate from the plate, and colours that will not fight the spill coming off your screen. If you send a still frame from your actual setup, we will design to your real lighting rather than guessing.
2. What resolution do I need?
Tell us the platform and we handle it. Standard is 1920×1080 for most streaming and video, 4K if you are shooting or streaming at that resolution, and 1080×1920 vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. If you work across several at once, say so up front — building one design to cover multiple aspect ratios from the start is far cleaner than stretching a horizontal file into a vertical frame later.
3. Can it be printed as a physical backdrop?
It can, but tell us before we start. Screen artwork and print artwork are built differently — print needs higher resolution, CMYK colour, and bleed. If you want the same look on a physical step-and-repeat or stage backdrop, that is a banner, and we will build both from the same design so your stream and your stage match.
4. What does "unlimited revisions" actually mean?
Exactly what it says, on the design we agreed to make. Adjust colours, move elements, change the text, try a different treatment — we keep going until it is right, at no extra cost. Starting over on a completely different concept is a new design, and we will tell you plainly when we think you have crossed that line rather than quietly billing for it. Start your project.
