What this internship is

Music production is the big-picture role — you're shaping the whole song, not just one stage of it. In this internship you sit at the intersection of the beat, the performance, and the final sound. You help decide arrangement, song structure, what the record needs and what it doesn't, and you guide the session toward a finished, intentional record. This is the seat where taste meets technical skill.

Why it matters here: a great production turns a good idea into a record people remember. Our artists bring the truth — your job is to frame it so it hits the hardest. Whether it's a single going to streaming or a release built around a movement, the production is what makes people feel it.

What you'll do

• Work with artists to shape song structure, arrangement, and direction from rough idea to finished record
• Coordinate across the studio stages — instrumental, recording, mixing — so the whole record serves one vision
• Make the calls a producer makes: what to add, what to cut, what take to keep, where the song needs to build
• Guide artists in the session to pull the best performance out of them
• Keep projects organized and moving from session to release so records actually get finished and shipped
