This is the relationship hustle — the unglamorous work that builds a career. You'll learn the outreach, the negotiation, and the long-game relationships that put our artists on stages and on records with other artists. It's a lot of messages, follow-ups, and "no" before a "yes" — and the yes is everything.

Why it matters here: shows and features are how an independent artist grows their name without a major behind them. Every booking you land and every feature you broker is real exposure for someone who earned it. You'll see how access actually gets made — one relationship at a time.

What you'll do

• Research and reach out to venues, promoters, and other artists to set up shows and features
• Help negotiate the terms — dates, splits, logistics — and keep deals moving to the finish
• Build and maintain the contact relationships that future bookings depend on
• Coordinate the details so a booked show or feature actually happens clean — logistics, timing, deliverables
• Track every conversation and follow-up so nothing promising goes cold
